school's startinq in about half a day's time .

well , I'm feelinq neutral about it .
usually , I would look forward to school .
not anymore , cause it only meant that the o' levels are drawinq nearer & nearer ..

I'm qettinq rather frenzied over the fact that the o' levels are in a few months' time , as I have yet to start on my revision .
this holiday was spent solely on completinq homeworks , which doesn't serve much of a purpose to my revision at all .

MY HOUSE'S BOMBARDED WITH FLIES !! DD:

it's those flies that enter houses in search for warmth , so they would always surround the lamps of houses .
havinq not live at hiqh altitudes , the number of flies enterinq my house is naturally qreater . ):

the weird thinq is , the weather toniqht isn't the least bit cold or damp !
in fact , I find it warm toniqht . =/

what horrifies me is , they come from everywhere , and anywhere !
they don't fly in slowly , but come in flocks at instances !
those black , huqe flies surround the lamps , crawl around the house , fly from place to place .
from the lamps to the tables , from the floor to the walls , from the television screen to the bed , everywhere !

we had to switch off all the liqhts , leavinq the balcony liqht on so that the flies will head for the balcony .
then we closed the slidinq doors to keep them out .
but somehow , a few of them still manaqed to enter the livinq room from God-knows-where .

uu should have seen that disqustinq siqht !
the flies squeezed throuqh the tiny qaps of the slidinq doors and head towards our direction , like they were qoinq to conquer my house or somethinq . =O
then I qrabbed a tissue box and threw it on the floor to kill one of them .
and quess what !
another of its friend appeared !
it really sent my sister and I screaminq our heads off , I swear .
we ran into the bedroom and didn't want to qet involved in the war with those flies anymore .

my family had to spend a couple of hours in darkness , thankks to those flies .

PHEW .
what an experience !
just elaboratinq about it already drained away a larqe portion of my enerqy .

and till now , some of them still kept cominq back .
erqh !
can't stand it anymore !! DD:

celebrated her birthday with the entire family at a restaurant near our house on wednesday .
and this afternoon , we ate at Family International Buffet with mum & sis .
after this , our family's qoinq to cut the cake with her .
look how fortunate my sis is !
2 sumptuous dinners & an oreo cheesecake ! (:

shopped around takashimaya after havinq the buffet , and my sis bouqht herself two pencil cases .
well , and I won't forqet to pamper myself too !

can uu believe it , I finally plucked out my couraqe to do so !

embarrassinq I know , but I can't contain my excitement . :DD

anw , I went to cut my hair yesterday .
was quite satisfied with the results . (:
